All room rates include a full breakfast for two. Rooms "Q", "U", and "A" are upstairs with decks, ocean views and private baths. Cabin "C" is the smallest room attached to the side with a glass breezeway and has a semi-private bath (not attached to the room). Suite "K" is on the ground level and has a fireplace, private bath and entry, stone walls, sitting room with futon counch and "frontyard".
50% of the bill is due at the time of reservation (check preferred).
15% of the deposit is non-refundable.
50% of the deposit is non-refundable without two week notice of cancellation.
There is a 6.25% room tax, 6.25% food tax, 15% reservation service (if used), 3% credit card charge, and $20 for a 3rd person in the room, $15 each child under 10.
3% of the room without tax or food goes to the Town of Aquinnah.
