There are three rooms upstairs with decks and views of the ocean and private baths. The cabin is the smallest room attached to the side with a glass breezeway and has a semi-private bath (not attached to the room). The Suite is on the ground level and has a fireplace, private bath and entry, stone walls, sitting room with futon counch and "frontyard".

50% of the bill is due at the time of reservation (check preferred).
15% of the deposit is non-refundable.
50% of the deposit is non-refundable without two week notice of cancellation.

There is a 5.7% room tax, 5% food tax, 15% reservation service (if used), 3% credit card charge, and $20 for a 3rd person in the room, $10 each child under 10.
